Health and Physical Education Week

CNC is celebrating healthy habits, staying active, and enjoying a bit of friendly competition among students and staff! Weโ€™re also embracing the fun with daily dress-up themes throughout the week.

This Friday, students are encouraged to come dressed as their favourite sporting hero, wear their favourite team jersey, or show off their own sports uniform. Weโ€™re also inviting families to donate old sports equipment or a gold coin to support Fair Game. Every contribution helps make sport and movement more accessible to communities in need.
